Thistle Dae Nicely is a UK-based online store operated by a sole trader, selling new and nearly-new returned items with a focus on reducing e-waste and landfill.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item once you’ve told us you wish to cancel.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included

Packaging should be returned where possible (minor handling marks are acceptable)
Because many of our products are one-off items, exchanges may not be available.
How to Return an Item

Email us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return the item

Send the item back within 14 days of contacting us
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will process your refund within 14 days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original delivery costs (standard delivery only) will be refunded in line with UK law
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is:

Damaged on arrival

Not as described
Please contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases:

We will cover return postage

You will be offered a full refund or appropriate resolution in line with your statutory rights
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns may not be accepted if:

The item shows signs of use beyond inspection

Accessories or components are missing

Damage has occurred after delivery due to misuse
This does not affect your legal rights.
