Our Story

Thistle Dae Nicely was founded with a passion for reducing waste in the UK. By giving new and nearly new returned items a second chance, we provide unique finds for every taste at affordable prices. E-waste is the world’s fastest-growing waste stream. In 2022, 62 million tonnes of E-waste were generated — yet less than 25% was recycled. This means valuable materials like gold and rare earths are lost, while toxic substances such as lead and mercury pose risks to our health and environment. By 2030, E-waste is expected to reach 82 million tonnes. At Thistle Dae Nicely, we believe in pre-loved, reused items that are better for the planet.
